I am a Senior Faculty member at the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College. This institute is a proud partner with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), which is 5th in the world for leadership development programs. I serve as Program Manager and Instructor for the Maximizing Your Leadership Potential program at LDI. In addition, I instruct, coach, and facilitate in several CCL programs at Eckerd.
